- Erin Mouser started her athletic career in competitive swimming in her hometown of Pflugerville, Texas. Her natural talents led her to the University of North Texas on a full athletic scholarship in swimming. Erin graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science with an emphasis in biomechanics and exercise physiology. Erin also obtained a USA Swimming coach’s certification. For five years, she coached a USA Swimming club in the Austin area where she was in charge of the team’s strength conditioning and nutrition program. Personal training is Erin’s passion. She is an NASM certified personal trainer and has been personal training for four years. During this time she has developed and implemented sports conditioning programs for swimming, triathlons, distance running, speed and agility, volleyball, tennis, and basketball. Erin has co-founded 512 Fitness and affiliated with CrossFit under the name 512 CrossFit. Today, Erin is a Level 1 CrossFit Certified Trainer. Erin’s goal at 512 Fitness is to bring a community together through fitness and to provide a guided path for that community to reach their health and fitness goals.
